Copyright and Takedown Requests

MCTV respects intellectual-property rights. A rights holder or authorised representative may ask us to review material that they believe infringes copyright or is attributed incorrectly.

What to include

• Your name and a reliable way for us to contact you.
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The exact MCTV URL and the specific material in question.
• An explanation of why the use is not authorised by the rights holder, an agent or the law.
• A statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

How to submit

Open the contact page and begin your message with “Copyright notice.” Support will provide the appropriate private route for the full notice. Do not post personal documents or sensitive evidence publicly.

Review process

We may request clarification, remove or restrict material while a report is reviewed, or contact the contributor where appropriate. Deliberately inaccurate notices may have legal consequences.
